I don’t know about you guys but I am not to impressed by a client who turns up to their
appointment 40min late without as much as a phone call to explain.
People these days don’t think much of booking you and just not turning up
or as in this instance turning up late. What do you do?
1: You charge them for the time wasted (not happy)
2: Tell them they have 20min of their shoot left (not happy)
3: You tell them you have another booking in 20min (not happy)
4: You just let it go and let them think it is acceptable to do this (happy)
But no I deserve to be happy too
I chose option 2 because I did have another appointment and I did
explain if the client would like to book another hour in the studio
and turn up on time or at least phone if there is a problem
all I got back was a very blank stare (not happy)
